Instructions
- Prep the wings: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the wings: In a large mixing bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the turkey wings. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until every wing is coated.
- Arrange in a baking dish: Place the wings on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each wing.
- Bake: Pop the wings into the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
- Check for doneness: The wings are ready when the skin is golden and crispy with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
