Description

Crispy and juicy turkey wings cooked in an air fryer with a blend of spices and brown sugar for a delicious twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

  • Turkey Wings (about 3 pounds)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Paprika
  • Brown Sugar
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the turkey wings under cold water. Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. Combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the turkey wings in a tablespoon of olive oil, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Add the spice mix and rub all over the wings.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  5. Place the turkey wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  7. Check the internal temperature of the wings; they should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
  8. Rest the wings for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the wings are dry before seasoning for optimal crispiness. You can also marinate them for enhanced flavor.
