Ingredients
- Turkey Wings (about 3 pounds)
- Salt

- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Brown Sugar

Instructions
- Rinse the turkey wings under cold water. Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the turkey wings in a tablespoon of olive oil, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Add the spice mix and rub all over the wings.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Place the turkey wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the wings; they should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
- Rest the wings for about 5 minutes before serving.
