- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until undercooked by about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic in the same skillet for about a minute until fragrant.
- Create the creamy sauce by adding heavy cream and simmering it, then stirring in cheese until melted.
- Combine the drained pasta and beef into the skillet, tossing until well coated with sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
