  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Make the garlic sauce by sautéing minced garlic in the skillet until fragrant.
  4. Create the sauce by adding chicken broth and heavy cream, allowing it to simmer and thicken.
  5. Cheese please by stirring in grated parmesan until smooth.
  6. Combine chicken with the sauce and let simmer to absorb flavors.
  7. Finishing touches include adjusting the seasoning and garnishing with parsley.
