- 8 oz package Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Green Onion, thinly sliced
- Potato Chips and Veggies for dipping
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and most of the green onions; stir to combine.
- Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
- Serve in a bowl, garnished with reserved green onions.
