Ingredients

  • 8 oz package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Green Onion, thinly sliced
  • Potato Chips and Veggies for dipping

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and most of the green onions; stir to combine.
  4. Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  5. Serve in a bowl, garnished with reserved green onions.
