Ingredients
- No-Boil Lasagna Noodles
- Ricotta Cheese

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Sautéing them in olive oil adds depth to the flavor.
- Cook the meat: Brown the ground beef (or sausage) in a skillet. Drain excess fat and add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Mix the ricotta: Combine ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Layer like a pro: Start with marinara sauce, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, meat mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat until ingredients are used up, ending with sauce and cheese.
- Slow cook: Set the slow cooker on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Let it rest: After cooking, let the lasagna sit for 20 minutes before serving.
- Serve up with garlic bread and a fresh salad.
