Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: Mix the buttermilk with salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a bowl; add chicken and let soak for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare the dredging station: Whisk together flour and spices in one bowl, pour remaining buttermilk in another.
- Dredge the chicken: Remove from buttermilk, let excess drip off, and coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
