A flavorful twist on a classic favorite, combining tender grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing in a soft tortilla.

- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Grill the chicken. Start by seasoning your chicken breast with salt and pepper. Preheat your grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it’s cooked through and has those beautiful grill marks. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare the romaine. While the chicken is grilling, wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the chicken. After the chicken has rested, slice it thinly against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the wrap. Grab a tortilla and lay it flat. Start layering with romaine lettuce, followed by sliced grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Add croutons if desired.
- Wrap it up. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Cut and serve. Slice the wrap in half diagonally for easy eating. Optionally, secure it with a toothpick or wrap in parchment paper.
