Ingredients
2 boxes Rice-A-Roni Cheddar Broccoli (6.5 oz each)
2 cans cooked chicken breast (or 1 if that’s what you have)
1–1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (about half a bag)
Water + butter as required on rice box directions
Instructions
Prepare both boxes of Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions.
Once rice is fully cooked, stir in drained canned chicken.
Sprinkle most of the cheese over the mixture and stir until melty.
Top with remaining cheese and let it melt over low heat or under a broiler for extra gooeyness.
Serve hot—perfect on its own or with a side salad or roasted veggies.
