Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping them as necessary.
- Add the chopped carrot, sliced banana, and pineapple chunks to your blender.
- Pour in the coconut milk and Greek yogurt.
- Blend on high until smooth, adjusting consistency with more coconut milk if necessary.
- Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg, and blend again to combine.
- Taste and add maple syrup if desired, blending once more.
- Add ice cubes and blend until the desired texture is reached.
