Ingredients

  • 1 raw carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping them as necessary.
  2. Add the chopped carrot, sliced banana, and pineapple chunks to your blender.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and Greek yogurt.
  4. Blend on high until smooth, adjusting consistency with more coconut milk if necessary.
  5. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg, and blend again to combine.
  6. Taste and add maple syrup if desired, blending once more.
  7. Add ice cubes and blend until the desired texture is reached.
