Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded buffalo chicken
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded buffalo chicken and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
  3. Grease a skillet or pie dish and layer one tortilla at the bottom.
  4. Spread a layer of the buffalo chicken and ranch mixture over the tortilla, followed by cheese and green onions.
  5. Repeat the layering process with more tortillas, chicken mixture, cheese, and green onions until all ingredients are used.
  6. Finish with a final tortilla on top and add extra cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
  8. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into wedges.
