- 2 cups shredded buffalo chicken
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded buffalo chicken and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
- Grease a skillet or pie dish and layer one tortilla at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the buffalo chicken and ranch mixture over the tortilla, followed by cheese and green onions.
- Repeat the layering process with more tortillas, chicken mixture, cheese, and green onions until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with a final tortilla on top and add extra cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into wedges.
