A delightful fusion of cornbread and buffalo chicken, perfect for appetizers or a main dish.

- 1 package Cornbread Mix
- 2 cups Cooked Buffalo Chicken
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 stalk Celery (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine the cornbread mix according to package instructions.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of cornbread batter into each muffin tin hole.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cooked buffalo chicken on top of the cornbread base.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken in each muffin cup.
- Pour more cornbread batter over cheese until cups are ¾ full.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan before removing and serve with ranch dressing.
