- 1 cup Strawberries, freshly washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Green Grapes, halved
- 1 cup Red Grapes, halved
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 Apple, washed, cored, peeled, and diced
- 1 Banana, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by washing all fresh fruits.
- Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- Halve the grapes.
- Dice the apple into small chunks.
- Slice the banana into rounds.
- Chop the pecans coarsely.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey, vanilla, and almond extract.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all diced fruits and gently fold in the yogurt mixture.
- Optional: Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy!
