Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries, freshly washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Green Grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Red Grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Apple, washed, cored, peeled, and diced
  • 1 Banana, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 12 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing all fresh fruits.
  2. Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Halve the grapes.
  4. Dice the apple into small chunks.
  5. Slice the banana into rounds.
  6. Chop the pecans coarsely.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey, vanilla, and almond extract.
  8. In a large mixing bowl, combine all diced fruits and gently fold in the yogurt mixture.
  9. Optional: Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  10. Serve in bowls and enjoy!
