- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: Line a muffin tin or silicone molds with paper liners or grease them lightly.
- Mix your base: Combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the blueberries: Mash blueberries lightly in a separate bowl.
- Combine the blueberries and yogurt mixture, folding gently.
- Fill the molds with the yogurt mixture, leaving space at the top.
- Freeze the bites for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Serve and enjoy your yogurt bites after letting them sit for 5-10 minutes at room temperature.
