Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Line a muffin tin or silicone molds with paper liners or grease them lightly.
  2. Mix your base: Combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the blueberries: Mash blueberries lightly in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the blueberries and yogurt mixture, folding gently.
  5. Fill the molds with the yogurt mixture, leaving space at the top.
  6. Freeze the bites for at least 4 hours until solid.
  7. Serve and enjoy your yogurt bites after letting them sit for 5-10 minutes at room temperature.
