Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the phyllo shells and place them on a baking sheet.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Fill each phyllo shell with a dollop of lemon cream.
- Top each filled shell with fresh blueberries.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
