Ingredients

  • 6 Ears Corn on the Cob
  • 2 Jalapeños
  • 6 Slices Bacon
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Cajun Seasoning (to taste)
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • A few Dashes of Tabasco Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, reserving the grease.
  3. Sauté the corn kernels and jalapeños in the bacon grease.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Introduce the shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink.
  6. Bring in the heavy cream and stir well.
  7. Finish by adding the crispy bacon and Tabasco sauce.
