- 6 Ears Corn on the Cob
- 2 Jalapeños
- 6 Slices Bacon
- 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Cajun Seasoning (to taste)
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- A few Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone Griddle.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, reserving the grease.
- Sauté the corn kernels and jalapeños in the bacon grease.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Introduce the shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink.
- Bring in the heavy cream and stir well.
- Finish by adding the crispy bacon and Tabasco sauce.
