- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup mixed greens or lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by preheating your grill to medium-high heat, seasoning marinated chicken, and grilling it for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Rest the grilled chicken for about 5 minutes and then slice it into bite-sized strips.
- Warm your wraps on the grill for 1 minute on each side or in the microwave for 15 seconds.
- Assemble your wraps with mixed greens, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Roll up the wraps by folding the sides inward and rolling from the bottom up.
- Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra dressing on the side.
