Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup mixed greens or lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by preheating your grill to medium-high heat, seasoning marinated chicken, and grilling it for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  2. Rest the grilled chicken for about 5 minutes and then slice it into bite-sized strips.
  3. Warm your wraps on the grill for 1 minute on each side or in the microwave for 15 seconds.
  4. Assemble your wraps with mixed greens, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheese, and ranch dressing.
  5. Roll up the wraps by folding the sides inward and rolling from the bottom up.
  6. Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra dressing on the side.
