Description

A fun and flavorful twist on classic BBQ chicken that uses crescent dough for a delicious bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent dough
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green onions, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil, for brushing (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your chicken by shredding and mixing it with BBQ sauce.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough onto a clean surface and pinch seams to create a solid sheet.
  4. Cut the dough into 3×3 inch squares.
  5. Prep your muffin tin by greasing it with cooking spray.
  6. Combine chicken mixture with ranch dressing and BBQ sauce in separate bowls, then mix.
  7. Fill each crescent cup with the BBQ chicken mixture.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with green onions before serving.
