- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions, thinly sliced
- Olive oil, for brushing (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare your chicken by shredding and mixing it with BBQ sauce.
- Roll out the crescent dough onto a clean surface and pinch seams to create a solid sheet.
- Cut the dough into 3×3 inch squares.
- Prep your muffin tin by greasing it with cooking spray.
- Combine chicken mixture with ranch dressing and BBQ sauce in separate bowls, then mix.
- Fill each crescent cup with the BBQ chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
