  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 23 chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella, grated
  • 1/2 cup gouda, grated
  • 12 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cook until no longer pink, then slice into chunks.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil.
