- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2–3 chicken cutlets
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mozzarella, grated
- 1/2 cup gouda, grated
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cook until no longer pink, then slice into chunks.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush the dough with olive oil.
- Add BBQ sauce, spreading evenly on the dough.
- Top with sliced chicken and red onions.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and gouda cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Finish with cilantro leaves after baking.
