- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Filling: Shred the chicken, ensuring it’s moist and not overcooked.
- Combine the Chicken and BBQ: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Mix the Slaw: In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the Tortillas: Microwave tortillas wrapped in a damp towel for 20-30 seconds.
- Fill the Tortillas: Add BBQ chicken and slaw mix to the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up.
- Slice and Serve: Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, use grilled jackfruit or sautéed mushrooms instead of chicken.
