  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Filling: Shred the chicken, ensuring it’s moist and not overcooked.
  2. Combine the Chicken and BBQ: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  3. Mix the Slaw: In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Warm the Tortillas: Microwave tortillas wrapped in a damp towel for 20-30 seconds.
  5. Fill the Tortillas: Add BBQ chicken and slaw mix to the center of each tortilla.
  6. Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up.
