- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup flour (for streusel)
- 1/4 cup sugar (for streusel)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for streusel)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with grease or parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures gently.
- Make the streusel topping by mixing the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and add the streusel on top.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
