  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced

  • 12 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Eggs (optional)
  • Your choice of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Remove the bacon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate, leaving 2 tablespoons of grease in the skillet.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the bacon grease for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring to combine for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Mix in the diced pickles and stir for another minute.
  6. Serve by adding chopped bacon and sliced green onions to the mixture.
  7. Optional: Fry or scramble eggs in a separate pan and serve on top if desired.
  8. Plate it all together and drizzle with hot sauce.
