- 6–8 slices Bacon
- 3 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1–2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Eggs (optional)
- Your choice of hot sauce
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the bacon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate, leaving 2 tablespoons of grease in the skillet.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the bacon grease for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring to combine for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Mix in the diced pickles and stir for another minute.
- Serve by adding chopped bacon and sliced green onions to the mixture.
- Optional: Fry or scramble eggs in a separate pan and serve on top if desired.
- Plate it all together and drizzle with hot sauce.
