5 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and diced
1–2 tsp bacon drippings (optional, for extra flavor)
1 cup Ranch dressing (low fat is okay)
1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 large English cucumbers, diced
Instructions
Add diced cucumbers and sliced cherry tomatoes to a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing, bacon, and bacon drippings (if using).
Pour the creamy mixture over the veggies and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
