- 3/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Heat the oil: In a pot, heat about 2 inches of oil to 375°F (190°C).
- Create the funnel cakes: Pour the batter into a funnel and release it over the hot oil in a circular motion.
- Fry until golden: Fry each funnel cake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Keep them warm: Place finished funnel cakes in a low oven to stay warm.
- Assemble the nachos: Break the funnel cakes into pieces, top with berries and whipped cream, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
