Instructions

  1. Prep the corn: Start by husking your corn cobs and removing the silk strands. Cut the kernels off the cob.
  2. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, mayonnaise, and heavy cream. Stir until well combined.
  4. Season it up: Add the garlic powder and paprika, mixing until evenly distributed.
