Instructions
- Prep the corn: Start by husking your corn cobs and removing the silk strands. Cut the kernels off the cob.
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, mayonnaise, and heavy cream. Stir until well combined.
- Season it up: Add the garlic powder and paprika, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Incorporate the corn: Gently fold the corn kernels into the wet mixture.
- Add the cheeses: Sprinkle in the mozzarella and Parmesan, and fold gently into the corn mix.
- Transfer to a baking dish: Grease a medium-sized baking dish and pour in the corn mixture, spreading evenly.
