Ingredients
¼ cup canned black beans, rinsed
¼ tsp taco seasoning
3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
1 large flour tortilla
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix black beans with taco seasoning.
Sprinkle cheese over one half of the tortilla.
Add the beans on top of the cheese.
Fold tortilla in half.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
Slice and enjoy with salsa, sour cream, or guac!
