Ingredients

- 2 cups raw walnuts
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place walnuts in a food processor.
- Pour the crushed walnuts into a bowl and add tamari, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to crisp up.
- Sample the crumbles and adjust seasoning as desired.
Notes
If the mixture feels dry, add a splash more tamari or olive oil. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
