Ingredients
• 5–6 beefsteak tomatoes, cut into chunks
• 2 garlic cloves, grated or pressed
• ⅓ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
• Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic to make the dressing.
Gently mix the tomatoes and chopped dill into the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
