Ingredients

  • Feta Cheese (optional)
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Herbs (like parsley, basil, or mint)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by rinsing and chopping all your veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Create your dressing by whisking together olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the hummus across the center of a tortilla, leaving about two inches at the edges.
  4. Layer the protein, veggies, and feta on top, followed by a drizzle of your lemon dressing.
