Description

Crunchy, smoky, tangy, and sweet—with a spicy kick—these bacon-wrapped pickle bites are the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer. Air-fried to crisp perfection and basted in sticky BBQ sauce, they’re bite-sized flavor bombs perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

8 slices bacon, halved

16 pickle chips

2 small jalapeños, thinly sliced into 16 slices

¼ cup barbecue sauce

½ cup ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

Assemble the Bites: Lay a half slice of bacon flat. Place 1 pickle chip and 1 jalapeño slice on top. Wrap the bacon around both and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Air Fry – First Round: Place bites in air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F for 6–7 minutes.

Flip & Continue Cooking: Flip each bite and cook at 360°F for another 6–7 minutes.

BBQ Finish: Baste each bite with barbecue sauce. Air fry for a final 3–4 minutes until sticky and crisp.
