Ingredients

- 1 lb grilled chicken, diced
- 1 cup sweet corn, cooked

Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side, and then chop into pieces.
- Sauté the corn and bell pepper in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Combine the rice, diced chicken, sautéed corn, and peppers in a bowl.
- Add the chopped cilantro and mix well.
- Plate the mixture into bowls, layering with avocado slices and lime wedges.
