Description

Spin dinner into a Halloween hit with this Spider Web Pizza! Topped with gooey mozzarella, spooky sauce swirls, and a perfectly creepy olive spider, this double-sized recipe is made for feeding hungry ghouls and goblins. It’s cheesy, eerie, and absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients

Scale

2 ready-made pizza doughs

1 cup pizza sauce

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup sour cream or ranch (for web effect)

Black olives (whole and sliced, for spiders)

Optional: garlic butter for brushing crust, red pepper flakes, chopped basil for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) or per dough instructions.

Roll out both doughs into large rounds or ovals. Transfer to baking sheets or pizza stones.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over each dough, then layer on mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust begins to brown.

Remove from oven and use sour cream or ranch in a piping bag (or sandwich bag with snipped corner) to draw spiderwebs: create three to four concentric circles, then drag a toothpick from center outward to make web lines.

Create spiders using one whole black olive for the body and sliced olive pieces for legs. Place in center or crawling across the web.

Bake for an additional 2–3 minutes to set the design (optional).

Slice and serve!
