Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas (15 oz each), drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more for extra heat)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat chickpeas very dry using a kitchen towel—this step is key for crispiness.
