- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups mixed lettuce greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn (canned or fresh)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup tortilla strips
- 1/2 cup spicy ranch dressing
Instructions
