S’mores Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

Optional: mini chocolate bars or chunks for topping


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and crushed graham crackers.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Scoop dough onto baking sheet (about 2 tbsp per cookie).

Optionally press a few mini chocolate bar pieces or marshmallows on top.

Bake 9–11 minutes or until golden. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
