Ingredients
1 lb mini shell pasta
4 oz smoked salmon, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, scooped into small dollops
2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1–2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook mini shells according to package directions, then drain and cool.
In a large bowl, combine pasta with cucumber, red onion, smoked salmon, and cream cheese.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sour cream/yogurt if using.
Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
Toss gently and garnish with fresh dill before serving chilled.
