Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas (or spinach/herb wraps)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz smoked salmon
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp capers
Optional: fresh dill or arugula for a fresh bite
Instructions
Cut a slit from the center to the edge of each tortilla.
Spread cream cheese evenly over one quadrant.
Arrange ingredients by quadrant:
1: cream cheese
2: smoked salmon
3: red onion slices
4: capers + fresh herbs or greens if using
Fold each section over the next to form a triangle.
