- Salt

- Garlic Powder
- 4 Large Flour Tortillas
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar or American Cheese
- Optional: Pickles, Diced Onions, Burger Sauce for Serving
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ground Beef
- Heat Your Skillet: Grab a non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan and heat it over medium-high heat.
- Season: Place your ground beef in a mixing bowl and sprinkle in salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix with your hands.
- Form Patties: Divide the seasoned beef into equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Cook Your Burgers
- Sear the Patties: Place your patties in the hot skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on one side.
- Smash & Flip: Gently smash down each patty and cook for another minute before flipping.
- Add Cheese: Place cheese on top of each patty, cover, and let it melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the Quesadillas
- Tortilla Base: Lay one tortilla in another hot skillet.
- Add the Patties: Place cheesy patties on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold & Cook: Fold the tortilla over and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Slice and Serve
- Slice into wedges and drizzle with burger sauce. Serve alongside pickles or additional toppings.
