Ingredients
1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (30–35 count)
2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Cornstarch Slurry (for thickening):
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water
Instructions
In your slow cooker, whisk together beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire until smooth.
Add frozen meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until hot and tender.
In the last 20–30 minutes, stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
