Ingredients
4 cups whole milk
2 cups strong brewed coffee (or espresso)
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
Whipped cream
Crushed graham crackers or gingersnaps
Cinnamon sticks or gingerbread cookies
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Whisk well to combine.
Cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and steamy.
