Description

These slow cooker gingerbread lattes are perfect for holiday mornings, chilly nights, or festive gatherings. Made with real molasses, brown sugar, warm spices, and strong brewed coffee, they’re rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to serve a crowd.


Ingredients

4 cups whole milk

2 cups strong brewed coffee (or espresso)

¼ cup molasses

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

Whipped cream

Crushed graham crackers or gingersnaps

Cinnamon sticks or gingerbread cookies


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Whisk well to combine.

Cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and steamy.
