Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni, rotini, or your favorite shape)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend of mozzarella, gouda, and pepper jack)
- 1 cup cooked vegetables (broccoli, spinach, or mixed veggies)
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cheddar soup (10.5 ounces)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping (panko for extra crunch)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded cheese, cooked vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter if desired.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
