Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups cooked brown rice

Honey Soy Dressing
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp lime juice

Instructions
Toss sliced cucumber with rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
