Ingredients

2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter
1 whole head garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Optional: hot sauce for extra kick
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add all the seasonings and brown sugar. Mix well.
Pour in lemon juice and stir. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened slightly.
Taste and adjust seasoning or heat level as you like.
Serve warm over your seafood boil or as a dipping sauce on the side.
