Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Mix the eggs in a large bowl until fully combined.
  4. Add the crumbled sausage to the egg mixture.
  5. Toss in the colorful vegetables and shredded cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
