- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Grease a 9×13-inch pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Heat Corn Syrup and Sugar: Combine corn syrup and sugar over medium heat, stirring until it boils.
- Add Peanut Butter: Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Combine with Rice Cereal: Pour the mixture over rice cereal and stir to coat.
- Press Mixture into Pan: Transfer to the greased pan and press down evenly.
- Melt Chocolate and Butterscotch Chips: Combine in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until smooth.
- Pour Topping Over Cereal Mixture: Spread melted mixture over the pressed cereal.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Cut and Enjoy: Cut into squares and serve.
