Ingredients
2 tubes crescent rolls (16 total triangles)
8 oz chive & onion cream cheese
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary or thyme (divided)
4 cups shredded Gruyère cheese (or use a mix of Gruyère + sharp white cheddar)
2 lbs thinly sliced cooked turkey
1 (14 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp whole cranberry sauce (optional for dipping or extra topping)
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp granulated garlic
½ tsp salt
Optional twists:
Zest of 1 orange in the cranberry layer for brightness
1 tbsp honey in the cream cheese mix for sweet-savory balance
Sprinkle chopped pecans inside for crunch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
Unroll crescent dough and arrange triangles in a sunburst, wide ends overlapping at the center.
In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp herbs, and honey if using. Spread over the inner portion of the ring.
Sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese. Lay turkey slices evenly over, then spoon cranberry sauce on top. Add remaining cheese.
Fold tips of crescent triangles over the filling and tuck under the ring.
Mix melted butter with poppy seeds, garlic, salt, and remaining herbs. Brush over the top.
Bake for 22–24 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.
