Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

1/4 tsp salt + pepper to taste

Optional: crumbled turkey sausage or chopped bacon


Instructions
