  • Cabbage (shredded)

  • Garlic (minced)
  • Onion (sliced)
  • Carrots (sliced, optional)
  • Bell peppers (sliced, optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by slicing your sausage, shredding the cabbage, and chopping your veggies.
  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat about 2 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the sausage: Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy.
  4. Add the onions and garlic: Toss in the sliced onions and minced garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Toss in the veggies: Add the shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, and bell peppers (if using) and stir everything for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season it up: Sprinkle in some salt, pepper, and soy sauce (if using) and toss well.
  7. Dig in: Remove from heat and serve. Top with sliced green onions if desired.
