Ingredients

- Cabbage (shredded)

- Garlic (minced)
- Onion (sliced)
- Carrots (sliced, optional)
- Bell peppers (sliced, optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Soy sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Start by slicing your sausage, shredding the cabbage, and chopping your veggies.
- Heat the oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat about 2 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the sausage: Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy.
- Add the onions and garlic: Toss in the sliced onions and minced garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the veggies: Add the shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, and bell peppers (if using) and stir everything for another 5-7 minutes.
