Ingredients
3 cups raw cashews
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss cashews with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant.
