Instructions
- Prep the Veggies: Wash and prepare all your vegetables. Julienning the carrots and cucumber is super simple! Arrange everything neatly on a large cutting board for easy assembly.
- Soften the Rice Paper: Fill a large bowl or shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet in the water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Assemble Your Rolls: Lay the softened rice paper flat and start layering your ingredients in the center.
- Roll It Up: Fold the bottom of the rice paper over the filling and roll from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and fillings.
- Serve with Peanut Sauce: Slice the rolls in half or keep them whole for dipping. Enjoy!
