Instructions

  1. Prep the Veggies: Wash and prepare all your vegetables. Julienning the carrots and cucumber is super simple! Arrange everything neatly on a large cutting board for easy assembly.
  2. Soften the Rice Paper: Fill a large bowl or shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet in the water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  3. Assemble Your Rolls: Lay the softened rice paper flat and start layering your ingredients in the center.
  4. Roll It Up: Fold the bottom of the rice paper over the filling and roll from the bottom to the top.
  5. Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and fillings.
  6. Serve with Peanut Sauce: Slice the rolls in half or keep them whole for dipping. Enjoy!
